About this event

It’s the Bootie Beach Party! Get ready to sweat to the summertime sounds of DJs Tyme, Mykill, and Jimi G, as they mash up the best summer jams all night long! At 11 PM, the Bootie beach band Smash-Up Derby takes to the stage for a live mashup rock show, while drag hosts Suppositori Spelling and Qween bring a special beach-themed Midnight Mashup Show. Upstairs, Cirque du Cliché takes over the Lounge, as DJs Airsun and André spin music guaranteed to keep you bumping on the dance floor, while in Above, it’s Gaslight Mafia, as DJ JsinJ and Jazzy Fox bring electro-swing and more to tempt swing dancers and club dancers alike! Finally, Bump Twerk Boom takes over the Dazzle Room, with DJs Rockit and Ryan Andrew making you bump, sweat, and grind with bootie-twerking bass! All this, plus sexy lifeguard Steven Satyricon, free Bootie mashup CDs to the first 100 people, and club photography by ShutterSlut!

Launched in 2003 by San Francisco DJ duo A Plus D, Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the then-new bootleg mashup — and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities across the globe. Winning various nightlife awards for the past 12 years, Bootie celebrates pop culture both past and present, keeping your brain guessing and body dancing with creative song combinations that provide the soundtrack for the A.D.D. generation.
