Hey, it’s DJ Firth here to present the Bootie Mashup Top 10 for May 2024!

This month features plenty of sing-along classics, including a Disney Pop mash by DeeM, a modern take on ‘9 to 5’ by Shahar Varshal, a Tony Christie belter by Marc Johnce and an emotional, and danceable, Eurobeat Aerosmith masterpiece by DJ Dumpz.

In honour of my weekly Bootie Mashup Twitch show, Saturday Night Mashups, I’ve included some recent EDM hits including a Jack Harlow/Salt-N-Pepa mix, a Limp Bizkit x Tokyo Drift blend and a Gnarls Barkley x Coolio banger that raises the roof of a packed dancefloor – there were audible cheers when our crew played this out at the BottleRock festival in Napa, California last weekend!

In celebration of another excellent (albeit controversial) Eurovision, DSP has mashed up the winning entry by Nemo, the first openly non-binary performer to win the contest, mixing his melodies with The Weeknd’s signature sound to create an anthem that I had to include.

Finally, we end with some rock vibes, courtesy of chocomang‘s “Bohemian Shelter”, which brings Indie into the mix, and LeeDM101‘s unexpected yet thematically and sonically exquisite mix of Olivia Rodrigo vocals and Nine Inch Nails distortion. Enjoy!
